	If you are travelling in a large party, and require an additional villa for friends on the same development, please advise us and we can contact other owners to try and arrange this.

Loyalty discount - 10% discount given to any second or subsequent bookings! (Rental costs only)

 

The above costs are exclusive of pool heating, which is available at the additional sum of £85 per week. A discount will be given on any bookings of 18 nights or more. Bookings for a minimum of 5 nights. Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning fee of £50  A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is payable on booking, with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to occupation. A refundable security deposit will also be required with the balance of the rental costs. All prices are inclusive of 12% sales tax If you require, a welcome pack can be arranged with our agents based in Orlando. This is designed to 'get you started' and save having to rush straight  out to the supermarket. This consists of milk, fruit juice, bread, butter, cereals, soda, crisps, tea & coffee. If booked, this will be in the property for your arrival, at a cost of US$80. Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking in our property.
